I was listening to WIP, Philadelphia's sports talk on Tuesday as I listened to Angelo Cataldi argue some points that the replacement refs blew some big calls which led to the Rams winning the game. Then, the talk was interupted by the news of an airplane crash on the World Trade Center in New York City. I quickly turned off my radio and turned on ABC. All everyone knew was that an major airliner just crashed into the WTC. Nobody assumed that it was just the beginning of a terrorist attack. Minutes later, as one of the reporters was talking with the fire raging in the background and then all the sudden, you see this image of what appeared to be a second airplane crashing into the other tower of the WTC. Most news reporters were shocked and then after a few minutes, everyone figured out that this was no accident.

This was a deliberate attack on the United States of America by some terrorist group(s) of unknown origin. Just a few minutes later, we all watched the Pentagon on fire and I thought all hell was coming. It turned out that another jet crashed into the Pentagon. Later, we heard of another jetliner crashing in rural Pennsylvania which was probally targeted somewhere in Washington DC, most likely the White House or the US Capitol Building. I was personally shocked of what was happening, but that shock changed quickly to outrage and anger as I watched the first tower of the WTC crash to the ground. Then the second one crashed.

We are at war now with these terrorists groups. And most proof is pointing to a one Bin Laden who is holed up in Afghanistan. Unlike the Persian Gulf War, where we let Saddam Hussein stay in power, which was a mistake since he may have links to this attack, WE need to do something decisively and this time to completion. If it takes total destruction of both Afghanistan, Iraq and any other country harboring these criminals with NO RESPECT for life, then just do it. If any country should ever fire a nuclear, biological or chemical bomb or missile in the United States, then immediate action should take place from it's origin. That action should NOT include chemical or biological, but a full nuclear retaliation. That country should NOT exist no more.

Finally, to all the real heroes: all the people who parished, the people who died in trying to help people escape, the people who escaped, the people who escaped but are injured, those firefighters who both helped and gave their lives, same could be said about the police officers and EMT personel who also both helped and gave their lives and finally to everyone who drove, walked, biked or simply made it to New York City to help in the rescue efforts, "May Go Be With You". WE Americans also are praying for everyone who was touched or effected by the WTC collapse. Our President, George W. Bush, should do everything in his power along with Congress should strike back at those responsible for this attack. Please Pray For All Those Lost Souls.......
